The IRSAP NOW system is compatible and can also be applied to homes with heating/cooling systems supplied by district heating services.
District heating is a form of heating that consists of the distribution of a heat-carrying fluid from a large production plant through underground pipe networks. Control of usage will therefore not take place directly at the level of the central boiler, but rather within the individual house, where each householder can freely choose to optimise their consumption by installing NOW products.
