The option is located in the path: Menu - Support - Send feedback.
Users can use this function whenever they wish to make a direct report, instead of sending an e-mail, opening a chat or contacting us by phone. Photos and documents can be attached by selecting the '+' icon.
All feedback is reviewed by the technical customer service department, which is able to connect to the user's account remotely and not only offer practical solutions to problems encountered, but also suggestions to increase the efficiency of the system.
The customer service response is automatically sent to the email address the user used to register the system in the app, no notifications appear in the app.
