Sometimes, an error screen will open while the system is searching for a WiFi network.
In this case, press the “Retry” button, taking care to remain close to the radiator or proceed with manual connection:
- screen “Manual connection” -> open the WiFi settings (without closing the app) and connect to the WiFi network IRSAP_R(D/L)_alphanumeric code -> return to the app and press on “Done” **
- screen “Associate devices” -> select the home WiFi and enter the password -> select the room where the device is being installed or create a new one)
- the radiator will appear in the ‘electric radiators’ section on the Devices screen.
** According to the iOS or Android version of the smartphone used, an error notice may appear when choosing the IRSAP network for the radiator (e.g., network not connected, network not secure): continue with the connection in any case.
