If, after installing the Smart Valve and associating it with the system, 'zeroing error' appears in the app, it is likely that the valve has not been installed correctly.
Check whether the bezel is correctly installed on the hydraulic valve, whether adapters are required (you will find more information on the adapters provided in this section) and whether the lettering TOP and arrow are pointing upwards.
Attach the valve body again: if the process is successful, the Smart Valve will give a green light and will be associated in the app.
