IFTTT integration

IFTTT is a tool for linking apps and devices together in order to create automations that will facilitate your daily activities.
Such automations are called Applets, whereas Triggers and Actions are the builiding elements for Applets.

  • Applet: software you can create to perform a function
  • Trigger: cause (if this) 
  • Action: effect (then that)

Available Actions

  • Turning on the heating
  • Switching off the heating
  • Schedules activation

 

How to activate IFTTT

  1. Download the IFTTT app
  2. Select Continue
  3. Create an account or use an existing one by clicking on continue with Apple/continue with Facebook/continue with Google
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Select Explorer at the bottom of the screen
  6. Choose Services 
  7. Search for IRSAP NOW Heating and select the corresponding icon 
  8. Explore the Applets

 

Main Applets currently available on IFTTT

Android phone – IRSAP NOW Heating

Trigger: your smartphone connects/disconnects to your home wifi network
Action: switching on/off/activating heating schedules on IRSAP NOW
Wyze Motion Detection and IRSAP NOW

Trigger: Wyze motion sensors detect/don't detect movement in the home
Action: switching on/off/activating heating schedules on IRSAP NOW
Turn Heating off with Alexa

Trigger: voice command to Alexa
Action: switching on/off/activating heating schedules on IRSAP NOW

August door lock and IRSAP NOW Heating

Trigger: August Smart lock is activated/deactivated (user enters/exits the house)
Action: switching on/off/activating heating schedules on IRSAP NOW
Somfy thermostat – IRSAP NOW valves

Trigger: the thermostat detects a higher/lower temperature than the setpoint
Action: switching on/off/activating heating schedules on IRSAP NOW
