If devices (hydronic or electric) are already installed and you are experiencing an issue, please send a feedback via IRSAP NOW app (Menu - Settings - Send feedback).
Customer Service is active from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30.
